I am a trainer at Plus Fitness, Wollongong.
Whether you’re new to fitness, coming back after a break, or wanting more structure in your training, I’m here to help you build strength, confidence, and consistency in a way that works for your body and your life.
I’ve worked with clients of all ages, including youth, older adults and NDIS participants. My sessions are fun and varied, and a space where you can challenge yourself safely.
I’m passionate about active aging and empowering older adults to live their best lives through fitness. Exercise is the best medicine for good health and maintaining a high quality of life.
The most fulfilling part of my work is helping clients achieve meaningful personal milestones—whether getting into the pool, playing on the floor with grandchildren, or simply keeping up with the demands of daily life.
Regular exercise helps you stay strong, resilient, and ready for all the adventures life has to offer.
‣ Building and maintaining strength: Resistance training helps prevent age-related muscle loss (sarcopenia). We need muscular strength for everyday tasks like carrying groceries, climbing stairs, and gardening.
‣ Improving balance and reducing falls: Our balance deteriorates as we age. Balance exercises enhance stability and coordination, significantly lowering the risk of falls, a leading cause of injuries among older adults.
‣ Supporting functional fitness: Functional fitness focuses on movements that mirror real-life activities, making day-to-day tasks easier and more enjoyable.
‣ Promoting healthy ageing: Regular exercise supports cardiovascular health, joint mobility, and bone density while boosting energy levels and mental wellbeing.
